Trader Workstation (TWS) API

FIX

MEXEM's industry standard FIX connection allows institutions with advanced technical resources create trading systems that take advantage of our high-speed order routing and broad market depth.

  • Available via internet, extranet, VPN, dedicated line or cross-connect

Connection Type
Description
Internet
Standard connection through public internet. Requires MEXEM Gateway connection interface.
Extranet
A T1 line routed to one of MEXEM's extranet providers, Radianz TNS or Savvis. They route directly to MEXEM over a secure private line.
VPN
A T1 line routed to one of MEXEM's extranet providers, Radianz TNS or Savvis. They route directly to MEXEM over a secure private line.
Cross Connect
Equinix NY4 colocation facility (tier 4 data center) is located in Secaucus, New Jersey. MEXEM has a client point of presence at this datacenter. Clients who are also located in this data center can order a cross-connect from the datacenter to MEXEM's client facing servers there. The client is responsible for the costs of the cross-connect. Once the cross-connect is order by the client (with NY4), MEXEM's network engineers will work with the client and the datacenter.
